Wonder Girls make their first appearance on a Mexican magazine!
Mexican magazine, Twist, featured Wonder Girls in their section “Renueva tu playlist” (Update your playlist) in which they tell us the artists they think we should include in our mp3 players because they are refreshing and ideal when the times come to update our playlist.
The magazine wrote about the Wonder Girls,
“The Wonder Girls are very popular in Asia, especially in their homeland, South Korea. They are icons of the synthesizer and pop music. They have only one full album that was enough to make them the tour openers of the Jonas Brothers when they went to Mexico.”
Even though the girls only opened two concerts in Monterrey, Mexico (both on the same day) this was a big step for the Wonder Girls in Mexico and gave hope not only to Mexican fans but to all fans in other Spanish speaking countries.
